We are the event planning team in Davie, FL based on the western, horse-country side of town. Ranch lawns, private homes off Orange Drive and Davie Road, and the denser Broward cities to the east. We take the night as one job: one point of contact, a staffed setup, and we stay through load-out so you are not managing vendors from the getting-ready room.
Western Davie. This is horse country, not a beach hotel dock. Load-in here is a ranch gate, a campus service corridor at Nova Southeastern or Broward College, or a hotel kitchen that runs on hotel time. We walk the actual door before we write the cue sheet. Power on a private lot is residential unless we bring it. A 26-foot truck on a canopy street is a complaint waiting. Western Davie weddings from ceremony to last dance often split a garden or ranch ceremony from a ballroom dinner; those two rooms do not run themselves.
The work we take. Weddings, corporate programs, luxury dinners, private parties, quinceañeras, and baby and bridal showers. The whole range. A company December in a ballroom, a court entrance that has to land in front of family who travelled, a backyard birthday that still needs power and parking — we staff those rooms and we stay until the truck is gone. Year-end programs and campus mixers sit with our year-end programs on a campus calendar work. A court waltz that has to hit on time is a different clock from a shower, and we treat it that way.
What we keep in-house. We own our décor, lighting, photo booths, and party equipment. That is why timing and quality stay in one pair of hands — not three arrival windows hoping to agree. It is not a menu and it is not a price list. When those pieces are part of the night, they come with us so the look does not wait on a third arrival window. Across Broward. We work from Davie into Plantation club kitchens, Weston gates, and Fort Lauderdale docks. Same producer. Different load-in. From this side of town, Plantation is the short hop on University or Pine Island. Weston is I-595 west. Fort Lauderdale is 595 to 95, longer to the beach.
