Davie. Horse-country west, denser Broward to the east. Drive time inside town is short. We still treat a ranch gate differently from a hotel service corridor. Southwest Ranches sits on the western edge. Cooper City sits on the south. We run those addresses from Davie with the same producer on the floor. A ranch-and-ballroom wedding in Davie still needs one timeline that covers both rooms, not two vendor lists that meet in the parking lot. Fort Lauderdale, Plantation and Weston. Fort Lauderdale is Las Olas, Harbor Beach, Flagler Village, and downtown docks — beach hotels and one-way grids, not a Davie ballroom. Plantation is golf-club kitchens, Volunteer Park lots, and the University Drive hotel strip, ten to fifteen minutes north. Weston is gated communities, country clubs, and Town Center — HOA packets, guardhouses, and a 595 west run. Do not copy a Fort Lauderdale dock plan onto a Weston gate.
Nearby Broward towns. Beyond those three we still take the work when the address is Cooper City, Southwest Ranches, Sunrise, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, or Dania Beach. The address still gets a walkthrough. Sunrise and Pembroke Pines are hotel and park corridors with lots that fill when youth sports let out. Hollywood can mean a beach hotel; we pad that drive the way we pad Harbor Beach. Dania and the port-adjacent rooms are docks and garages, not ranch gates. If the guest count needs a commercial kitchen and the lot is residential, we say so before florals lock. We do not pretend a Cooper City backyard is a Plantation club. A Cooper City backyard with a floor plan still gets a timeline and a staffed setup, just not a club dock.
How we run the drive. From Davie, Plantation is the short hop on University or Pine Island. Weston is I-595 west, longer when 75 is stacked. Fort Lauderdale is 595 to 95, and longer still to the beach. We pad the clock to the street you booked, not to a county average. Box trucks do not guess at a gated booth or a one-way grid at 4 p.m. A Harbor Beach dock and a Weston Hills gate do not share a load-in window, even when both are twenty-odd minutes from Davie on paper.
