When décor, lighting, photo booths, or party equipment is part of the plan, we pull from inventory we already control so the look and the clock stay in one pair of hands. Weddings. Full wedding planning is the couple who wants the wedding built from the first venue tour through last dance — guest count, layout, catering cues, ceremony order, and the way the room feels, held as one sequence. Wedding coordination is the couple who already has the venue, the caterer, and the florist and needs someone to take the binder in the last month and run the day. Those are different hires. Rehearsal, ceremony, dinner, and send-off stay one sequence in our hands either way. Weekend guests sometimes need a welcome night; that lives with the party work so the wedding does not compete with a second set of vendors.
Corporate and luxury. Holiday programs, award dinners, campus receptions, and team off-sites sit on corporate event planning. The job is a finished room at first guest, a registration flow that does not clog the door, and a producer on the floor so leadership is not cueing the AV tech. December ballrooms and NSU or Broward College rooms have real docks and real parking; we plan to the building. Hosts who want design and execution in the same conversation, with inventory we already control as proof of timing, work with our luxury event planning team. One producer. No price menu. Private celebrations. Birthdays, anniversaries, and private nights are party planning — a floor plan and a timeline, not a decoration drop-off. The room is ready when guests arrive. A quinceañera is a court, a grand entrance, and dances that have to land in front of family who travelled; that work is quinceañera planning, not a themed birthday. Formal portion and party cannot collide. Baby and bridal showers are shorter and still fall apart when cake, seating, and rentals arrive as three jobs.
