What we keep in-house. When décor, lighting, photo booths, or party equipment is part of the design, we pull from what we already control so the finish does not wait on a third arrival window. That is the point of in-house: the room looks the way we said it would, on the minute we said it would. Company hosts who need that same finish for award dinners get one producer on the room and the clock. The standard is the same. The guest list is not.
