We are the Davie, FL event planners you reach by phone or the form. Call is the fastest path. There is no text line — the number is call-only, with no SMS. If you cannot talk now, the form goes to the same desk and we answer it the next business morning. Tell us what you are booking and where the room sits in Broward. We will not guess a Weston gate from a Davie zip.
Call. (754) 484-9277. You will speak with someone who actually runs events, not a call centre. Have the date if you have one. If the date is already taken on our side, we say so before anyone prints an invite. Evenings and weekends we still pick up when we are on a floor; if we miss you, we call back. Couples ready to talk the wedding date and guest count can start there on the call. Company hosts with headcount for an award night should say campus or hotel so we pad the dock, not a ranch gate.
The form. Same desk as the phone. We read it the next business morning — not at midnight, not by SMS. If you write after hours on a Friday, Monday morning is when it is seen. That is the honest window. Write the event type in the first line so it does not sit in a general inbox pile. Include a neighborhood even if the venue is not locked. Do not wait on a text back. Call if the date is close.
What to have ready. Event type, date, guest count, and the room or neighborhood. A house, a club, a park building, a hotel meeting room — those are different load-ins, different parking, and different quiet hours. Guest count changes the truck, the chairs, and whether a residential lot can even take the night. A shower host who can say where the shower tables actually go saves a wasted walkthrough. Someone booking month-of when vendors are already booked should have the vendor list, not a blank slate.
After you reach us. We tell you whether we can take the date. Then we walk the actual door — ranch gate, club service drive, or hotel dock — before florals lock. We collect HOA packets and hotel BEOs when those exist, because a truck that is not on the list does not enter at 2 p.m. A Las Olas loading-zone window and an HOA quiet hour are not the same clock. Call (754) 484-9277 when you have the four things above, even if the neighborhood is still a maybe. We would rather walk the wrong lot once than load a truck for the wrong dock.
